Where industrial heritage meets modern elegance

These apartments are located on the site of the reconstruction of the old factory. We connected the exterior and interior, making the interior self-sufficient. The space is designed to be functional and spacious.

The apartment has two levels. On the first floor, there are all the public areas, and on the second floor, there are the private areas. On the first floor, we installed rotary partitions to zone the home office from the common space in the living room and staircase. They look architectural and create a certain graphic rhythm in the interior.
On the second floor, the space flows smoothly from one room to another. We used sliding doors, mirrors, and pivoting partitions to further expand the space.

The overall concept of the interior was designed with the principles of combining elements and textures that create harmony and bring out the virtues of this space. We used natural materials, and the interior is as tactile and natural as possible.
On the floor, we used different widths of oak engineered boards. Brushed travertine is on the floor and walls, and natural light limestone and quartzite are in the women’s bathroom.
As a tribute to the fact that in the past, our house was an active factory, we used chipped bricks to decorate the walls of the first floor.
We also have some elements made of brushed steel, which gives the right cool shade to the interior and works well in combination with the rest of the natural finishes.

Each element of the interior is a visual extension of the next, creating a subtle compositional connection. Many of them are custom designs made from our studio's drawings. The individual pieces of furniture are made like works of art.
