Designed as three volumes and built upon the honest beauty of natural textures, the house offers a powerful yet welcoming atmosphere that defines true modern luxury.
The material palette: textured brick, cast concrete, vertical timber slats, and glass, — draws from the forest’s tactile qualities, allowing the structure to integrate with its environment.
The entire architectural composition is built on the interplay of these three essential elements. Concrete, delivering structural clarity and brutalist elegance. Brick, adding depth, tactility, and a connection to tradition. Natural wood, softening the palette and infusing warmth into the bold forms.
Each volume of the house is carefully shaped to complement the others, creating a harmonious and visually dynamic composition.

The layout of the house centers around a private inner courtyard, visible through expansive panoramic glazing that connects the interior to the outdoor space. From the inside, large glass walls open up stunning views of the private garden offering a constant dialogue between nature and architecture.
Facing the street, the house maintains privacy with ribbon windows and a geometric architectural fence, providing both security and artistic presence without sacrificing natural light.
